Have a Sweet Birthday

I stamped, colored, and die cut a bunch of images from Lawn Fawn’s Baked With Love during the most recent 30 day Coloring Challenge, but never got around to completing the card design in my head until now.  March was a busy birthday month for my family, and I now only have a few birthday cards left in my stash…Sounds like a good excuse to get crafty!!

I colored in the stamped images with COPIC markers (individual colors used are listed below) and blended Distress Inks over the Scripty Sweet die cut to give it color.  I wanted to create the feel of a warm and inviting kitchen, and used patterned paper to create a tablecloth and lightly blended yellow ink onto the background to add to the scene.

I am submitting this card to the current SSS Wednesday Challenge (Happy Birthday).

Thanks for stopping by!!
