2017 Holiday Card Series #4: ho, ho, ho!

I was looking through a small bin of unmounted red rubber stamps the other day and came across this large Purple Onion Designs Santa stamp that I hadn’t yet gotten inky.  The thought of coloring such a large image was initially intimidating, but I decided to give it a go and practice my COPIC coloring and was pleasantly surprised with the end result.

2016 Holiday Card Series #4: Good Tidings of Great Joy

When I first started making cards, I invested in the 48-count tin of Prismacolor Premier colored pencils and used them on almost every project.  Since then, I’ve slowly built up a collection of COPIC Sketch Markers and tend to reach for those first when it comes time to color an image.  I dusted off my colored pencils for the 30-Day Coloring Challenge and am so glad I did — I had forgotten how fun they were to color with!!  I decided to create a card using a non-traditional holiday color scheme: Continue reading

Whooo’s 24?
